Baytown Dispute Resolution Center offers an alternative to legal action. Trained mediators and moderators help parties reach agreement before the problem leads to a costly lawsuit or violence.

If a product does not perform as represented, the consumer can assett a claim. Texas law imposes on most services the requirement (or warranty) that the service provided is in a good and merchantable manner. If a consumer is wronged by the merchant because the product did not perform as represented or warranted, the consumer can ascertain a claim for damages.
